Motivated full stack C# developer with a flair for detail

The successful candidate will be joining a small yet established, creatively motivated team to maintain and expand existing solutions as well as assist the development of new exciting ground up projects. Because of the relatively small sized team we are looking for someone with a passion for full stack development, clean code and exciting user interaction. As well as exhibiting a solid foundation in software development principles the candidate should have an eye for detail, a willingness to propose features and improvements in a considered and eloquent manner and be able to impart their personality on the group. As a lightweight and innovative software development we are always looking to take advantage of technology to best serve our clients, this has lead us to implement solutions not only on the web but also on mobile. Experience in these fields isn’t necessary, but the willingness to learn is a must.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and expand existing solution codebases in a clean and considered manner
• Work closely with the design team to implement new features to match an established style and work from designs to create and beautiful websites across multiple browsers and devices.
• Fulfil several project requests simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
  

What you need

1 year or more experience in the following disciplines and technologies

• Microsoft C# .net 4.5
• MVC 5
• Entity Framework 6
• Microsoft SQL Server, or comparable relational database systems
• Html5 and CSS3
• Javascript and JQuery
• Windows Server and IIS 7 management
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn

Desirable (but not required)

• Umbraco CMS
• Angular
• Photoshop & Illustrator
• Android / iOS / X-Platform app development
• Experience with code repositories
• Experience with Bootstrap and cross browser development
• OO principles and dependency injection
• Unit testing
