Thomas Dornan's Ltd are professional printers with over 165 years experience, they came to Agency Forty with a simple brief 'maximise the opportunities presented within the hospitality business'.

Agency Forty, through a series of feasibility studies identified a gap in the web-to-print market. The business was named Print Waiter and full brand identity and guidelines were created. 

We created the UK's first, fully customisable web to print solution for the hospitality industry. The website has many complexities; it is responsive, content managed, contains bespoke in-line editing suite, supports multi-lingual and is a secure e-commerce platform.

The brand catalogue of materials were designed to reflect the nature of this modern web-to-print brand. Agency Forty researched and developed over 150 menu designs which were then expanded to form full suites of hospitality promotional materials.

It was essential to excite and inform individual independent hotels, bars and restaurants across the UK in a series of emailers, direct mail and targeted inserts in hospitality trade publications.

Since launching in 2016, Print Waiter continues to receive over 1,000 hits per week. This innovative brand is going from strength to strength providing a valuable service to the hospitality industry.
